The best lighting design in kitchen is that can light up the task perfectly. Lighting resources can be from main lamp or additional lamp. Using neon or bulb lamp is the most economic and long life time, but halogen lamp produces better and comfortable light.

Main lighting can be using halogen lamp. It had better be placed at some points of ceiling that need more lighting.

Another important lighting is lighting near stove. Its purpose is to light up food.

Additional lighting that used to increase the beauty of kitchen can be applied by placing spot lamps at some point of ceiling. Placing neon lamp in back-bottom of cupboard is also good idea to make romantic sense, add a hole in back-bottom of its so light can reach inside of cupboard.

Adding neon lamp between cupboards racks by make a hole on back of cupboard deck makes dramatic sense. There is a cylinder neon lamp that have 20 watt of electricity power consumption. It is good enough to light up both of up and down rack.
